Intuitive music lessions
Music is the very breath of life. It lives in the wind, in the whisper of trees, in our heartbeat, and in the pulse of the earth.
In the Tones of Connection music sessions, we meet in this living listening – in the silence where music already exists.
We begin the sessions in stillness, tuning in to the rhythm of the heart, letting the inner music guide the way.
From there, we move with sound, through voice, guitar, drums, or the instrument that calls to you. You may come as beginner or already with experience.
We explore technique and practice the deepening of our connection with the essence of sound, with the harmony that carries life.
Sessions can be held online or in person, individually or continuously, and last between 1 to 1.5 hours.
We explore hymns, songs, or follow the spontaneous inspiration of your own creative channel.

Music as a path
My name is Odara Emilia Löfberg Miguel. I am a Swedish woman, musician, artist, and a student of the music of life. To me, everything is music: every step we take, every time our feet meet the earth, we greet her with our rhythms. That is why I feel inspired to study and to share my experiences – to explore how we can weave our walk upon the earth with greater harmony.
My journey with music began when i was a young and has carried me through many worlds. From studies in music therapy, folk and world music, voice, music production and creative leadership, to ceremonial work.
Through Tones of Connection, I share what I have discovered: that music is not merely sound, but relationship - with life, with nature, and with our soul.
